¶ 1 This action arises from a discovery dispute between the State and Dennis Wayne Canion. In post-conviction-relief ("PCR") proceedings, Canion unsuccessfully sought from the trial court the disclosure of documents to which he claims to have been entitled during pre-trial discovery.
