Germain Florentino was indicted in federal court on multiple counts for participating in his brother's drug distribution ring in Dorchester, Massachusetts, during 1999 and 2000. On May 29, 2002, Florentino pled guilty to three counts of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution, of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (2000), and to one count of illegally re-entering the United States after being deported, in violation...
