This is a landlord-tenant dispute. The tenant, appellant, Tracy Hardy, sued her landlord, appellees, 11702 Memorial, Ltd.; British American Properties, Inc.; and Thomas F. Noons,1 for failure to return her $20,250 residential security deposit.
