The plaintiff, Hank LeTarte, appeals an order of the Superior Court (O'Neill, J.) finding the defendant, West Side Development Group, LLC, in partial breach of paragraph one of their agreement and dismissing, without prejudice, his claim for breach of paragraph two of the agreement. We reverse and remand.
