On September 16, 2004, a jury in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky found Respondent, Ross Harris, guilty of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1346, conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1346, and vote buying in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1973(i) and in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
