Appellant Demetrius Clark and co-defendant Booker Simmons1 were convicted of criminal attempt to commit capital murder in a bench trial in Pulaski County Circuit Court, Seventh Division. Clark appeals, arguing that the circuit court erred in refusing to dismiss the case for lack of sufficient evidence. He also argues that the circuit court erred in denying his motion for new trial and petition for writ of error
