OPINION

STEVE McKEITHEN, Chief Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal of the trial court's denial of appellants' motions to stay litigation and to compel arbitration. Appellants are non-signatories of the contract in dispute. For the reasons stated herein, the ruling of the trial court is affirmed.
