¶ 1 Appellants Ernest and Jo Ann Kuehn appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment and award of attorney fees in favor of appellees Theresa Stanley and First Magnus Corporation on the Kuehns' claims of negligence, consumer fraud, negligent supervision, and breach of contract.
