{¶ 1} David Elkins, defendant-appellant, was convicted by a jury of two counts of aggravated robbery, four counts of robbery, two counts of felonious assault, one count of breaking and entering, three counts of theft, one count of possession of criminal tools, one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and nine counts of possession of drugs. Appellant was sentenced accordingly, all of which sentence was corrected...
