On June 4, 2002, we suspended respondent's license to practice pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(5)(A)(3) (interim suspension upon notice of felony conviction) because he had been convicted of violating Section 201(c)(3), Title 18, U.S.Code, which prohibits the sale of witness testimony in a pending case...
