SAVA gumarska in kemijska industria d.d. (SAVA), a Slovenian stock company, appeals a judgment in favor of Advanced Polymer Sciences, Inc. (APS), a Delaware corporation. After a bench trial, the district court rendered judgment canceling a letter of credit for the benefit of SAVA, awarding APS damages and attorneys' fees for breach of contract, and denying SAVA's counterclaims...
