Defendant Lawrence T. Maguire ("Maguire") was arrested by the Medford Police Department ("MPD") on September 7, 2001. He was indicted on one count of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). He filed a motion to suppress arguing that his arrest was unlawful.
