This appeal is brought by the government from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Ellen Bree Burns, J.), dismissing the indictment on the ground that it failed to plead an offense. Autorino was indicted by a federal grand jury on counts of wire fraud, bank fraud, and making false statements, in connection with two stock certificates he pledged to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation...
