On August 2, 2004, Randy Leslie filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. On August 17, 2004, Leslie filed his preliminary Chapter 13 plan. In his preliminary plan, Leslie proposed to restructure a debt to Prosperity Bank, while making monthly payments direct to the bank.
