The State of Arkansas, through the prosecuting attorney for the Tenth Judicial District, petitions this court for a writ of mandamus to compel the respondent Circuit Judge Robert C. Vittitow to timely render a decision on a pending petition for the removal of Clay Oldner from the Office of Mayor of Dumas. We deny the petition.
