Stephen A. Balon appeals from aspects of the special conditions of supervised release imposed by Judge Arcara. Balon's principal argument is that the conditions providing for probation-office monitoring of Balon's use of computers are not reasonably related to the offense of conviction and involve a greater deprivation of liberty than reasonably necessary.
