OPINION

SMITH, Bankruptcy Judge.

This appeal is from a final judgment discharging debtor Stephanie Hawkins' ("Hawkins" or "Debtor") debt to Ohio University ("Appellant" or "University") in her Chapter 71 bankruptcy case based upon the bankruptcy court's finding that the debt did not constitute an educational loan or benefit under § 523(a)(8). We AFIRM.
