Antwan Manuel appeals a judgment of conviction for attempted first-degree intentional homicide, aggravated battery and several related offenses. He also appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Manuel claims that: (1) the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion in admitting certain hearsay evidence under the "recent perception" exception, WIS. STAT. § 908.045...
