MEMORANDUM OPINION

SUSAN PIERSON SONDERBY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court on the motions of Intercraft Company, Newell Rubbermaid Incorporated and Anchor Hocking Corp., defendants in the abovecaptioned adversary proceedings (collectively, the "Defendants") 1for summary judgment. For the reasons stated herein, the motions are denied.
