LUMPKIN, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellant Ronald Clinton Lott was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of First Degree Murder (21 O.S.Supp.1985, § 701.7), Case No. CF-87-963, in the District Court of Oklahoma County.
