{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jacob W. Jack appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a bench trial, for trafficking in marijuana. Jack contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence that he claimed was obtained as the result of an unlawful search and seizure.
