Appellants, Hartford Insurance Company and Advocat, Inc., appeal from the circuit court's final judgment awarding the appellee, Lon C. Sauer, as Administrator of the Estate of Margaretha Sauer (the Estate), the sum of $26,400,000 plus ten percent interest per annum from June 29, 2001, and $25,000 plus six percent interest from the same date. The sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred in awarding ten percent postjudgment interest...
