This appeal brings before us the denial of a motion for a preliminary injunction under unusual jurisdictional circumstances. At the same time the district court denied plaintiff-appellant's motion for a preliminary injunction, it granted defendant-appellee's motion to transfer the case to the Eastern District of Missouri.
