Appellants Jose Flores, Alejandro Hinojosa, and Kervin Robertson entered conditional pleas of nolo contendere to possession of marijuana and were each sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. On appeal, appellants argue that the trial court erred in failing to grant their motions to suppress the evidence obtained during an illegal search of sealed containers in their vehicle, which they allege was stopped without probable cause.
