Following jury trial, David L. Bailey ("Defendant") was convicted of driving while intoxicated, in violation of § 577.010, RSMo 2000, and driving while [license] revoked, in violation of § 302.321, RSMo 2000. He was sentenced to four years' imprisonment on the first count and six months on the second, with the sentences to be served concurrently.
