Appellant Cheryl Faulkner ("Faulkner"), Trustee of the Stephen and Hilda Hefner Trust, appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of Appellee, Sharon Tanner Evans Bost ("Bost"), individually and as former trustee of the Hattie M. Tanner Trust. In two issues, Faulkner contends that the trial court erred in granting Bost's motion for summary judgment and denying her own motion for partial summary judgment. We reverse...
