{¶ 1} Appellant, Sandra O'Brien, the Ashtabula County Auditor, appeals from the trial court's judgment issuing a writ of mandamus. We affirm.

{¶ 2} Appellees sought a writ of mandamus ordering appellant to assess recreational vehicles and other improvements such as decks, room enclosures, and roof-overs located on lots in the Holiday Camplands as real estate. Appellees maintained that these items had become fixtures...
