Mei Guan Lin ("Lin"), a native and citizen of the People's Republic of China, seeks review of the denial by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") of his application for asylum under the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA") § 208(a), 8 U.S.C. § 1158(a), withholding of removal under INA § 241(b)(3), and denial of his request for relief under the United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT).
