Defendant, Felix Paul Harman, appeals the May 2002 order awarding restitution as part of his February 2001 conviction. We affirm.

In February 2001, defendant pleaded guilty to organized crime, and in April 2001 he was sentenced to twelve years in the Department of Corrections. At the sentencing hearing, the trial court granted the prosecutor ninety days in which to file a motion for restitution pursuant to statute. The People filed...
