¶ 1 Anthony James Valdez appeals convictions for aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Annotated section 76-6-203 (2002); possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a second-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Annotated section 76-10-503(2)(a) (2002); and criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Annotated section 76-6-106 (2002).
