Defendants — The McGraw-Hill Companies, Ltd., and The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (together "McGraw-Hill") — successfully defended themselves against a lawsuit brought by plaintiffs InvesSys, Inc. ("InvesSys"), and Peter Hodges.
