Defendant was indicted in Union County on charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, attempted first-degree assault, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, attempting to elude police after fleeing a vehicle, hindering prosecution, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, and first- and third-degree theft by receiving. At the state's request, the trial court held an omnibus hearing under ORS 135.037...
