This appeal arises from the aftermath of our decision in Mangual v. Rotger-Sabat, 317 F.3d 45 (1st Cir.2003), which resolved some but not all of the claims against the constitutionality of Puerto Rico's criminal libel statute presented by the plaintiffs in the initial litigation.
