MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LEON, District Judge.

This case arises from a claim of employment discrimination filed by Herbert Anzueto against his employer, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority ("WMATA"). Before the Court is WMTA's Motion for Summary Judgment. Upon consideration of the defendant's motion, the plaintiffs opposition and the entire record herein, the Court grants WMTA's motion and enters judgment for the defendant.
