The Official Committee of Asbestos Claimants ("the Committee") appeals the June 18, 2003 decision of the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, U.S.C.B.J. In that decision, the Bankruptcy Court held that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to modify, in the way that the Committee had requested, a preliminary injunction that the Bankruptcy Court had previously issued. The Committee seeks to have this Court reverse the Bankruptcy Court's determination...
