Appellants Emma G. Barrera and Nickolas S. Barrera appeal from a final judgment (1) declaring the status of four assets, (2) ordering one of the assets turned over to the Harris County Constable for sale, and (3) applying the proceeds to Emma's unpaid final judgments owed to appellee, the State of Texas. Because we conclude the trial court erred in rendering the summary judgments on which the final judgment rested, we reverse...
