WALTON, District Judge.

In this lawsuit, plaintiff seeks to recover the costs it incurred and profits it lost pursuant to the Oil Pollution Act, 33 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq. (2000), as a result of an oil spill that occurred on property it owned. Currently before the Court are the parties' cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff has also filed a motion to strike certain pleadings that have been filed by the defendants...
