This matter is before the Court pursuant to an adversary proceeding filed by Carolyn Jones ("Plaintiff") against John Raymond Herbert, Sr. ("Defendant" or "Debtor"), wherein Plaintiff seeks to have Defendant's discharge barred and seeks to have a judgment debt deemed non-dischargeable.
