OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Appellant Robert Michael Streater appeals from the trial court's denial of his pretrial writ of habeas corpus. In a single point on appeal, he contends that the trial court does not have jurisdiction to consider the State's motion to revoke his deferred adjudication community supervision. We affirm.
