Having pled guilty on January 27, 2004, to one count of conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, defendant has now filed pre-sentence a motion to withdraw his plea. Having reviewed the pleadings and the record of the plea proceedings, the Court rejects defendant's argument that there was error in these proceedings or that his counsel provided ineffective...
