Opinion by Justice GARZA.

This is an asbestos case. Arturo Flores sued Borg-Warner for damages arising from his use of brake pads manufactured by Borg-Warner that contained asbestos. The jury found Borg-Warner liable for negligence and strict liability. It also found that Borg-Warner acted with malice and awarded $50,000 in punitive damages, in addition to $103,200 in compensatory damages. Borg-Warner now appeals the judgment by nine issues. For...
