This is an appeal by Eastern Food Services, Inc. ("Eastern") from the dismissal of its antitrust suit. The defendants in the district court were Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico Services Association, Inc., ("University Services") and Coca Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers, Inc. ("Coca Cola").
