This is a parental rights termination case. The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services ("The Department") alleged three grounds for termination: (1) endangerment by conditions or surroundings; (2) conduct endangerment; and (3) failure to comply with a court order. See Tex. Fam.Code Ann. § 161.001(D)(E)(O) (Vernon 2002). As to both parents, the jury found at least one ground supported termination...
