Harry Smith appeals the trial court's judgment, following a jury trial, terminating the parental rights to his daughter, J.W. In seven issues, Smith argues that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the trial court's judgment. Because we conclude that (1) Smith engaged in conduct that endangered the child's physical or emotional well-being, and (2) termination is in the child's best interest, we resolve...
