The defendant, Kevin Moore, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a trial to a three judge court, of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a (a).1 The defendant claims that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction of murder.2 We affirm the judgment of the court.
