In 1991, Marvin Wilson and the late Ronald Wyatt were traveling in Turkey when terrorists associated with the Kurdistan Workers Party ("PKK") kidnapped both men and held them for 21 days until they escaped. Mr. Wilson and his family and the family of Mr. Wyatt ("the plaintiffs")
