A jury convicted Danny L. Snapp of violating a court order prohibiting him from having contact with his wife, Tonya. RCW 10.99.040. The order was one of a series of no-contact orders entered following domestic violence incidents between the Snapps.

Snapp appeals this conviction claiming that (1) the no-contact order was invalid because it was entered when he was arrested for driving while intoxicated...
