Opinion by Justice BAIRD.

Appellant was charged by indictment with three counts of sexual assault and one count of aggravated assault. A jury acquitted appellant of the sexual assault offenses alleged in counts I and II but convicted appellant of the sexual assault alleged in count III and the aggravated assault alleged in count IV. The jury assessed punishment at twelve years confinement and a fine of $5,000 on count III, and fourteen years confinement...
