Brian Pardo and John McLemore ("Appellants") bring this interlocutory appeal from the denial of their summary-judgment motions based in whole or in part on constitutional and statutory free speech rights. TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM.CODE ANN. § 51.014(6) (Vernon 1986). Finding no evidence of at least one element of the cause of action of each plaintiff, we will reverse and render judgment for Appellants on the summary-judgment...
