MEMORANDUM DECISION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 David Markland, Defendant, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a third degree felony, and with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. See Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(2)(a)(i) (2002). Defendant moved to suppress the evidence, arguing that his detention was not supported by reasonable suspicion and the ensuing search was therefore illegal...
